A noteworthy review of Community Helpers from Parent Council on June 1, 1999
Well suited for toddlers, preschoolers and early readers, this series delighted all my fellow teachers. The language is simple, and the large type helps introduce many phonetic sounds. There are a total of fourteen career-specific books in this series and we plan to use them often in our curriculum. The pictures are brightly colored, representing various aspects of the work.
